From design to project completion, Massey's Bachelor of Construction (Design Management) will help you make an impact in the building industry. The construction sector is in a growth phase worldwide and it is estimated to exceed $25 trillion by 2030. It is the third largest industry in New Zealand, and employs approximately 10% of the workforce. There is a strong demand for skilled professionals it's not just about working on a construction site.A big part of any construction project is the project design. You'll learn to lead the creative side of building projects, making sure sustainable, practical, efficient and innovative ideas turn into functional buildings that work well, suit their surroundings, and make an impact.
