Standard entry assessment: • Degree: Hold a bachelors degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, or related disciplines; OR an acceptable equivalent qualification from a recognised institution overseas, AND • Applicants without quantitative or analytical subjects in their transcripts must submit a cover letter demonstrating their analytical abilities through projects or relevant work experience. Alternative entry assessment: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and skills, demonstrated by • Degree level equivalent tertiary study and industry experience (study completed at degree level with the attainment of a diploma or advanced diploma equivalent to at least a level 6 on the New Zealand Qualification Framework • The length of the Diploma/advanced Diploma course and the volume of study- normally a minimum of 2-3 full time years equivalent • The grades/grade point average achieved on the qualification equivalent to grade B
