Youll be able to apply modern sustainable built environment and zero carbon approaches in all facets of construction. Further study Following successful completion of this postgraduate diploma, the Master of Construction comprises a research report or thesis. This topic will demonstrate your ability to solve a construction-related problem requiring analytical, design and experimental effort.

All students must meet university entrance requirements to be admitted to the University.Specific requirementsTo enter the Postgraduate Diploma in Construction you will have been awarded or qualified forthe Bachelor of Construction degree or equivalent ora relevant Bachelor's degree followed by a relevant Postgraduate Certificate or an equivalent qualification.You will need to provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.International English Language Requirements IELTS - 6.5 overall and minimum 6.0 in each bandTOEFL iBT Overall score 90 minimum 20 in WritingCambridge English - C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency with a score of 176.
