If you want to work in areas that depend on the application of new technology or the introduction of innovative products and services, this is the right course for you. You will consider the economics of digital business and the characteristics of innovative businesses that succeed in a turbulent environment.On the Business Management, Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship course, you’ll gain a broad understanding of business with a strong emphasis on managing entrepreneurship and innovation. You’ll study the exceptional challenges associated with innovations that can trigger massive changes in what is possible within a business. You’ll deepen your understanding of the processes involved in creating digital start-up businesses from inception to launch. And how both new and established organisations can respond to the opportunities and threats associated with disruptive innovation.BSc (Hons) Business Management provides a sound basis for a career in business management, management consultancy, or in areas including finance, stockbroking, marketing and IT. It also provides a firm grounding for students setting out as entrepreneurs. Graduates from the Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship pathway can work for a large organisation, identifying and reacting to threats of technology-based disruptive innovation, but will also be in a position to launch a digital startup.

Core English and Mathematics requirements

In addition to the qualifications below (excluding IB), the following is required: a minimum of grade 4 (C) in GCSE English Language and grade 6 (B) in GCSE Maths.

Level 3 Certificate in Core Mathematics with a minimum grade C is also accepted.

Further requirements

A-Level: AAA

If you are studying General Studies or Critical Thinking these subjects will not be included in any offer condition.

We accept all foreign language A Level subjects, and such subjects are considered for entry even if it is the applicants native language.

BTEC: DDD

OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma: DDD

Cambridge Pre-U: D3 D3 D3

For candidates taking a combination of A Level/BTEC/OCR Cambridge Technical qualifications we accept the following:

BTEC/OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 National Diploma (grades DD) with one A-Level (grade A)
BTEC/OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma/National Extended Certificate (grade D) with two A-levels (grades AA)

Access to Higher Education Pass the course with 45 Level 3 credits which includes a minimum of 30 credits at Distinction level with the remaining 15 credits at Merit or above.

T Level: Distinction.

Bayes accept all T Level pathways.

IB: 35 points overall with HL4/SL 5 in Mathematics and English. Please note that we are happy to accept both Maths Analysis & Approaches and Maths Applications & Interpretations.
