The degree has been developed to work alongside our Architecture, Architectural Technology and Quantity Surveying courses, to help you develop a strong understanding of professionalism and collaboration within the construction industry. Two crucial tools for today’s construction managers are Lean Construction and BIM. Lean Construction focuses on delivering minimum cost and maximum value for a construction project, looking at how the process of design, construction and end-use of a building is managed. BIM enhances Lean Construction, giving construction project managers digital tools to manage projects.
