Apa yang akan saya pelajari?

The Master of Public Health (MPH) and the Master of Public Health (MPH) Women’s Health have been designed to offer comprehensive understanding of modern public health practice. Delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online sessions, the MPH addresses the foundational elements of epidemiology, health economics and health policy, infection control, and health improvement. If you choose to undertake the MPH Women’s Health pathway, you will study two pathway specific optional modules alongside the main core modules and complete your MPH dissertation in a women’s health topic. In doing so you will be able to demonstrate competence in applying a public health approach to women’s health, including women’s mental health and preventing violence against women and girls (VAWG).

A second-class Honours degree. Other academic, vocational or professional qualifications deemed to be equivalent may also be considered.Recognised Prior Learning equivalent to PG Dip level (maximum of 120 credits at SCQF Level 11) will allow direct entry to the MPH in order to undertake both the research project. This might include other relevant health-based postgraduate-level courses or combinations of courses and will be subject to the discretion of admissions and the course leader.
