Broaden Your Perspective through Cultural Research Gain an understanding of human behavior, cultural change and adaptation with a bachelor’s in anthropology from the University at Albany. Our curriculum provides you​ a scientific, humanistic and comparative foundation for careers requiring expertise in spatial, temporal, social and human-environmental analyses. Our graduates work in state, government and private agencies, in such fields as academic research, social justice, environmental and cultural resource conservation and management, medicine, and public health. ​ ​You will have opportunities for anthropological hands-on research programs with faculty working in areas including Northeastern North America, Mesoamerica, Africa and the Caribbean.
