Courses must have been completed at a regionally accredited college or university with a grade of a C+ in the equivalent of MAT 141, PHY 181, and all BIO and CHE courses and C or better in all other courses for transfer.

A minimum overall cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.7.

Math and science courses taken more than ten years prior to the anticipated date of matriculation to MCPHS will not be accepted.

One letter of recommendation.

Official transcripts from all secondary schools attended should be submitted by your guidance counselor or a school official. Reach out to your high school and have them email or mail us your official transcripts. We cannot accept transcripts sent in by the applicant.
