Courses must have been completed at a regionally accredited college or university with a grade of a C+ in the equivalent of College Algebra, Statistics, General Physics I with Lab, Anatomy & Physiology I and II with Lab, General Chemistry I with Lab and C or better in all other courses for transfer.Math and science courses taken more than ten years prior to the anticipated date of matriculation to MCPHS will not be accepted.Official high school transcript.If English is not your first language, proof of language proficiency is required.
