The Bachelor of Science in Engineering (General) provides students with skills and knowledge in a wide range of engineering disciplines in order that they contribute and grow in their intended engineering profession. The program is structured so that students are engaged in opportunities to work with faculty and students in multiple engineering disciplines, and train to synthesize and analyze complex interdisciplinary systems that are vital in modern society. It provides students with a modern education that can easily be applied in the industry after graduation. The Engineering program at CSUF provides the best qualities of teaching, scholarship and professional practice and are committed to facilitate the education of engineering undergraduate and graduate students for their entrance into, and significant contribution to, the engineering profession. Our students are actively engaged and work in collaboration with faculty and staff to acquire and expand knowledge.
