Whether you are a recent graduate or a working professional, the Flex MBA allows you to customize your degree based on your interests, career goals and schedule. The Flex MBA program at Adelphi University is a great way for students to complete a specialized business administration MBA in as little as one year. Our Flex MBA offers 10 specializations and flexible one-year, 1.5-year, and two-year plans of study. Students may enroll full-time or part-time and choose the schedule that best fits their career goals and lifestyle. Flexible courses offered Monday through Thursday. Many are offered fully online on your own schedule, in person or hybrid. Problem-solving days let students team up to tackle business challenges, applying their new skills and knowledge with guidance from expert faculty. One or more of your courses in the digital marketing, finance, human resource management, management or marketing analytics certificates will count toward the Flex MBA program.
