Our Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development was recognized as the number one "Master's Program with Emphasis in HR" in hr.com's 2021 LEAD Awards. The MSHROD curriculum is designed to prepare students to understand and apply new techniques for greater organizational effectiveness. The program may be pursued on a full- or part-time basis. Classes are held in the evenings at the College of Business, online or in hybrid format. Graduates of the program have been employed in such diverse occupations as- Quality service specialist for Bank of America. Assistant personnel director for the Department of Agriculture. Quality planning manager for Wyandotte Medical Center. Training and educational coordinator for Ford Motor Company. HR planning and development for McAuley Health Services. Own consulting businesses or are internal change agents in organizations.
