The Master of Arts in Counseling program will help you develop the skills to become a licensed professional counselor or licensed marriage and family therapist. You will receive the mentoring and instruction to aid you in success. Applicants seeking enrollment in a Master of Arts program must submit or complete the following: Three (3) letters of recommendation (from professionals, former instructors, bosses, etc.) attesting to applicants character and ability to complete graduate work.A completed interview with the Departmental Graduate Counseling Faculty. A signed student agreement form (which includes a background check requirement clause).Submitted transcripts from all attended higher educational institutions.
