To be eligible for the Biostatistics (MS) graduate program, applicants must submit three letters of recommendation and a statement of purpose, along with course experience in Calculus 1 and Calculus 2 (or equivalent), which must be completed before taking BIOS 612: Biostatistical Theory in Fall of year two for full-time students (students may complete this requirement during their first year or over the summer); knowledge of a programming or statistical language is preferred but not required. The GRE is optional, as applications are reviewed holistically with or without it, and incomplete or late applications may still be reviewed if openings remain.
