U.S. bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution, or the completion of a 4-year bachelors degree from a recognized, accredited, and approved institution from a country outside of the U.S. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) in the last 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of coursework and a minimum grade of B or better for all prerequisite courses. Minimum of 80 hours volunteer experience or equivalent paid work experience in 2 different types of therapeutic settings; 60 of the hours must be completed under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
