The mission of the graduate program in Energy & Petroleum Engineering is to prepare students to be leaders in industry, government, or academia. The field of engineering is continuously evolving and alumni with the advanced education and research skills associated with obtaining graduate degrees have the flexibility, breadth, and depth to become leaders as the problems of tomorrow arise. All students in the MS program will learn the techniques required of individuals interested in pursuing further education and careers in academic, as well as entering the work force in industrial settings.
