PhD in Psychology

University of Reading Malaysia

The minimum requirement for entry to UoRM's PhD in Psychology programme is a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government, or other qualification that the University accepts. Applicants must also possess a minimum upper second-class Bachelor's degree in Psychology (or international equivalent), or in exceptional circumstances, such as where a student has accrued significant relevant experience, a good 2.2 (lower second-class honours) degree in Psychology may be considered. In some exceptional cases, we will also consider applicants who hold a first-class honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology (or international equivalent) without a Master's degree.
