In your first year you’ll gain solid grounding in all aspects of business and management before specialising down the HRM route. In your second year you’ll be introduced to the theoretical foundations of HRM, balanced with the practical application of those topics. Successful completion of the second-year modules will allow you to join the professional body for HRM in the UK, the CIPD, as an Associate Member.
