By combining chemical and environmental engineering, you’ll design processes and products that minimise environmental impacts on air, land and water – addressing key issues such as waste disposal, environmental compliance, pollutant management and water supply. Our programme is characterised by its focus on industrial relevance. As well as spending a year in industry – gaining first-hand experience of the exciting challenges faced by engineers – you’ll engage in practical laboratory work, design and problem-based projects, independent and peer-led learning, and research grounded in real industrial challenges.
