Untuk mahasiswa internasional

Cognate route: 2:2 degree or above in a discipline relevant to the Built Environment, for example Estate Management, Quantity or Building Surveying, Building, Architecture, Town Planning, Housing or related discipline; Construction Management, or Corporate membership of a professional body concerned with property or construction, for example, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, RTPI, CIOH, or other relevant body of equal standing; or A qualification regarded as equivalent to the above; or 2:2 degree or above in any subjects and some experience in the construction and development fields. Non-Cognate route: 2:2 degree or above in any discipline as you will have more modules to learn construction related knowledge.
