This includes an employability skills gap analysis, participation in an assessment centre, development of a professional CV and LinkedIn profile, and the creation of a personalised action plan to help you secure a suitable placement. You’ll be fully supported throughout by the University’s Careers Service and the Business School’s placement lead.Throughout your placement (a minimum of 30 weeks), you’ll develop a comprehensive Professional Placement Portfolio, including a reflective diary, a presentation of your achievements, and an updated career development plan. Alongside an employer reference, this portfolio evidences your professional capability and preparedness for the global job market.By the time you graduate, you’ll have developed the knowledge, confidence and real‑world experience to lead responsibly in global organisations, positioning you to succeed in a competitive international environment.
