Our International Commercial Law LLM explores current legal developments, including the impact of geopolitical tensions on international agreements, sanctions on global markets and issues relating to digitalisation, climate change and sustainability. You will study aspects of public international law alongside contemporary issues in areas such as international relations, human rights and international trade, while learning to contextualise these within real-world developments. You’ll also complete an independent legal project in your chosen specialism to deepen your expertise in international commercial law.
