The course addresses the challenges faced by engineering graduates who move into general management or senior specialist roles.The course focuses on the strategies that are used to produce, process and/ or service engineering-based or innovative projects and practices. It will aid your understanding in various steps, from idea/ concept development through relevant analyses to launch, relate innovation to improvements in products, processes and competitive advantage and explain how intellectual property is protected and commercially exploited. The course is designed to be a broad and challenging taught postgraduate course, which would be ideal if you seek a postgraduate qualification to enhance your knowledge, skills, and employability.
