At Nottingham Law School, we are here to support you every step of the way as you prepare for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). SQE 1 is the first milestone on your route to qualification, and our preparation course is designed to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to succeed. The course develops key knowledge and skills for legal practice, with content and assessments closely aligned to the SRA’s SQE assessment specification. You will have access to extensive learning resources, including online manuals, hundreds of SQE-style multiple-choice questions, structured revision materials and regular mock assessments to support focused revision and exam technique. You will learn to think and act like a solicitor through CV-enhancing activities such as negotiation workshops, complemented by networking opportunities and guest lectures, helping you build confidence for legal practice.
