Throughout this three-year course, you will apply principles of sports, health, and exercise science to examine and understand the physiological, biomechanical, and psychological factors that underpin the enhancement, monitoring, and analysis of sports performance.

You will also learn how to effectively manage and lead individuals and groups through coaching and other related activities.
