Master of Arts in Organization, Information and Learning Sciences - Thesis

The Organization, Information and Learning Sciences (OILS) Program offers a Master of Arts (MA) degree that gives students the opportunity to combine aspects of adult learning, organizational learning and development, learning sciences and instructional technologies including multimedia design and distance learning. This includes principles of knowledge and data management, and the design, development and evaluation of training.All OILS students can expect to develop a diverse skill set that will help them hit the ground running when they enter the workforce because all OILS courses require students to apply their learning in real world contexts. OILS graduates work in a diverse number of settings from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
